The rack that hides
When we think about design, besides of the object use, it’s often its exterior aspect that it’s taken into account: Its shapes, its colors, its modularity.
But the Bookshelf Conceal shelf
from the Miron Lior design studio doesn’t differ from the others by how it looks.
On the contrary, it hides itself in order to let the eyes caress the magic effect it gives: the books seem to be floating on the air.
Composed by a metal plate fixed to the wall and, another one, horizontal, that carries the books (thanks to small hooks under the base that hold the cover of the first put down book), it offers a sublime result !
