Sylvain Willenz is a young designer from Brussels who recently received the prize of Designer of the Year
awarded by the Interieur Foundation
and Design Museum Gent.
The Petrol rug is one of his most famous creations.
At the same time surprising and intriguing, it is composed by three disks of different diameters, which are superimposed. Made of wool felt, and created with die cutting, these circles can be assembled in infinite configurations and sizes.
