Embassy of Peru promotes its tourist destinations in the DR

The Dominican Association of Travel Agencies and Tourism (Adavit) and the Embassy of Peru, presented the benefits offered by the country as a tourist destination.

The presentation of the tourist destination was in charge of the specialist in Tourism of PROMPERU, Ingrid Hurtado, who spoke of the attractive places such as Lima, Inca City, Machu Pichu, Cusco, Arequipa, Lake Titicaca, among many others, which can be attractive for Dominicans.

The presentation was also attended by the Ambassador of the DR in Peru, César Herrera; the director of Tourism Promotion of PROMPERU, María del Sol Velásquez and the coordinator of the Latin American Market of PROMPERU, Luís Alvarez Dal Pont.

Theresa Sullivan, director of Adavit, thanked the Peruvian Embassy for giving its members the opportunity to share their culture.

The presentation, at the Official Residence of the Ambassador, was also attended by the Ambassador of the DR in Peru, César Herrera; the Director of Tourism Promotion of PROMPERU, María del Sol Velásquez and the coordinator of the Latin American Market of PROMPERU, Luís Alvarez Dal Pont.
