RDLS Developers Group, a company dedicated to the construction of tourism, residential and commercial projects, announced that it will invest US$25 million in the development of Palm Beach Residences, located in Cap Cana.
The project contemplates the construction of a tower of 50 tourist apartments under a concept that, according to its developers, combines architectural excellence with a meticulous approach to the management of space, materials and functionality.
In that sense, Rafael de los Santos, general manager of RDLS Developers Group, highlighted that the investment reflects the company’s firm commitment to sustainable growth and responsible development, giving shape to a truly exceptional product.
“This exclusive tower is more than a building; it is a testament to our shared vision for a more prosperous economic future for the Punta Cana area, and for society in general,” he said.
Apartments with Lock-Off mode
He also commented that there will be one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments under the lock-off or connecting modality, which is currently a trend in the real estate sector. The units will be fully furnished, ready to move in from the moment of delivery.
The Palm Beach Residences at Cap Cana properties will also include more than 17 amenities, including an infinity pool, family pool (on the first level), children’s pool, private Jacuzzi areas, a Pool Bar, enclosed smoking area, a fully furnished lounge area, golf simulator, movie theater, among others.
Construction of the project will begin in January 2025, and the units will be delivered starting in the second quarter of 2027. The project has a fiduciary guarantee and will be protected under the law of the Tourism Development Council (Confotur).
While the exclusive marketing of the apartments will be managed by Oferta Inmobiliaria DR, headed by its CEOs Gisselle Ventura and Jael Ventura, along with Josymil Sehouerer as Master Broker.
