President Luis Abinader congratulated this Sunday afternoon all Dominican fathers who build the future of the nation.
The president’s praise was on the occasion of “Father’s Day” which is celebrated on the last Sunday of July each year in the country.
“I congratulate all Dominican fathers who with love and dedication build the future of their children and our nation,” said Abinader in his X account.
Likewise, he recalled his father, businessman and politician José Rafael Abinader, highlighting having learned from him the values that today guide his life.
“On this day, I remember with affection and gratitude my father, who taught me values that today guide my life. #HappyDayOfTheFathers,” he concluded.
