Abinader makes appointments in the Dominican foreign service

President Luis Abinader, through Decree No. 471-24, made several appointments in the foreign service of the Dominican Republic.

In the referred decree, José Francisco Santana Suriel is appointed as consul general of the Dominican Republic in Paterson, New Jersey; Juan Roberto Rodríguez Hernández as consul general of the Dominican Republic in Mexico City; César Santiago Rutinel Domínguez as consul general of the Dominican Republic in Bogotá, Colombia; Guillermo José Ángel Gómez Canaán as consul general of the Dominican Republic in Panama City; and Lourdes Cecilia De La Alt. Herrera Tejada as consul general of the Dominican Republic in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

In addition, the decree repeals several articles of previous decrees, thus adjusting functions in the Dominican diplomatic corps.
