Abinader to lead several inaugurations of works this Sunday

President Luis Abinader will lead several inaugurations of works this Sunday in the provinces of Peravia and San Cristobal, to continue with the development and progress of the southern region of the country.

The works to be inaugurated by the president include the rehabilitation of the first stage of the irrigation system and the cleaning of the Nizao-Najayo canal, a Migration Reception Center and the José Francisco Peña Gómez Technological Center. Likewise, she will give the first kick-off to start the construction works of the Traumatology Hospital of Yaguate.

In addition, Vice President Raquel Peña will inaugurate seven works in Monseñor Nouel, Espaillat and Samaná, including the inauguration of the resurfacing of the streets of Juan Adrián, the construction and reconstruction of the internal streets of the Palmarito sector, the reconstruction of Los Bleos road and the construction of gabion walls in Arroyo Toro, Monseñor Nouel province.

He will also deliver in Espaillat the repowering of the Moca Nueva 28-37 substation and in Samaná he will inaugurate the Juana Vicenta High School, in addition to announcing the Marcelina Encarnación Basic School and will attend the celebration of the 200th anniversary of Saint Peter’s Church.

Sunday 21- Peravia

The agenda of the head of state will begin this Sunday at 2:00 pm with the rehabilitation of the first stage of the irrigation system and the cleaning of the Nizao-Najayo canal.

San Cristóbal

Afterwards, he will give the first signal to start the construction of the Traumatology Hospital of Yaguate, which will attend patients from all the southern region and which has been a demand of the population for years.

Later, the President will inaugurate the Migration Reception Center to house foreigners in irregular conditions and will also inaugurate the José Francisco Peña Gómez Technological Center so that young people can continue their education.

Saturday 20 – Monseñor Nouel

The agenda of the vice president will begin at 10:00 a.m. with the inauguration of the resurfacing of the streets of Juan Adrián in Bonao.

Later she will preside over the inauguration of the construction and reconstruction of internal streets of the Palmarito sector. He will then deliver the reconstruction of the Los Bleos road and the construction of gabion walls in Arroyo Toro de Bonao.

Espaillat

Peña’s agenda for Saturday will end with the inauguration of the powering of the Moca Nueva 28-37 substation in the Espaillat province.
