The beauty Andreína Martínez was crowned this Sunday as the new Miss Dominican Republic Universe and will represent the country in the international contest to be held in Israel.
Martinez prevailed in the contest over Debbie Aflalo Vargas representing Azua, who was first runner-up, Yamilex Hernandez for La Vega; as second runner-up and Elianny Capellan from Samana and Erika Silverio for La Romana, who occupied the third and fourth positions respectively.
In the Instagram profile of the representative of the Dominican Community in the USA, she says that she studied Psychology and Latin American Studies.
The beauty pageant was broadcast by Color Visión, channel 9 and was held at the Sambil shopping plaza.
