Summa magazine recognized Banco de Reservas as a Leading Company in Central America and the Dominican Republic 2024, in the categories of Digital Transformation, Learning Agility, Innovation and Organizational Culture.
Details of the Ranking of the Leading Companies 2024 in the region were released by the publication in its June edition. Banreservas is the only Dominican company awarded in the four pillars indicated in the Top 15 of the entities selected in the country in these areas.
To make the selection, the magazine explains that it conducted a survey in which it consulted 2,000 businessmen and senior executives of organizations in the region, including the Dominican Republic, among them CEOs, presidents, general managers, financial and marketing managers, who evaluated the most outstanding companies.
In Organizational Culture, Banreservas was ranked first in the ranking and seventh in the regional top 100, in addition to occupying outstanding positions in the measurement tables in Digital Transformation, Learning Agility and Innovation.
