Executives of Cap Cana held a business round and presentation of this “destination city” dedicated to investors and construction businessmen of the Dominican Republic, with a view to the development of various tourism real estate and hotel projects in this area of the eastern part of the country.
Jorge Subero Medina, executive president of Cap Cana, explained to the attendees the dimension of the destination city as well as the unstoppable development it has undergone during the 20 years it has been in existence.
Subero Medina emphasized that the Dominican Republic is in the best moment to make new investments in this sector thanks to the growth that real estate tourism has had in the country in general and in the destination itself, which attracts the diversification of the complementary offers of second and third lines of beach.
