Cristobal: sectors suffered in 24 hours the equivalent of one month of rain falls.

HALIFAX – The tropical storm Cristobal hit Nova Scotia on Tuesday, bypassing the coasts of the province and making downpours equivalent to one month of precipitations in less than 24 hours.
