Hotel executive Daniel Lozano has just joined the Blue Diamond chain as vice president, as confirmed by the executive himself. Lozano is an experienced middle manager who has held senior positions in various hotel companies in different countries. He will report directly to the president, Jordi Pelfort.
Much of Daniel Lozano’s professional career has been with the Meliá chain. In the Dominican Republic, he worked for the Escarrer family hotel chain for several years at the Paradisus complex, where he performed outstanding work. He later moved from Punta Cana to the Meliá establishment in the Bahamas.
After his time at the Mallorcan chain, he was hired by the Felix brothers’ company and, among other functions, was in charge of the hotels in Punta Cana. He was closely involved in the start-up of the Margaritaville. He has been with the Karisma chain for four years.
The president of Blue Diamond has hired Daniel Lozano for his proven professional value, with a proven resume, and for his human value, given that he is one of the most beloved members of the Spanish-speaking Caribbean tourism family.
