The Ministry of Education announces details of the return to face-to-face classes in public and private educational centers, amidst the rejection of a group of branches of the Dominican Association of Teachers (ADP).
Classroom teaching has been suspended since March 2020 due to the arrival in the Dominican Republic of COVID-19, a disease that continues to be fought by the Dominican Republic and the entire world.
For some time now, the educational authorities have been allowing classroom teaching, on a voluntary basis, in some districts of the country. The protocol of the Health Cabinet authorized it in areas where the COVID-19 positivity rate was not higher than 5%.
