President Luis Abinader will resume his inauguration agenda this weekend with six works in the provinces of Hato Mayor and El Seibo.
The works to be inaugurated by the president include the reconstruction of the La Candelaria – Bejucal Magarín highway and a soccer field in El Seibo. While in Hato Mayor, Abinader will preside over the inauguration of the Paso Cibao playground, the Palmilla playground and the Sabana de la Mar Economic Canteen. He will also inaugurate a set of rainwater works such as the 600 meters of the Yabón river, the construction of 400 meters of gabions in discontinuous sections, the adaptation of 2,500 meters of the María Teresa gully and the construction of a double box culvert at the crossing of the Caño Hondo highway.
On her part, Vice President Raquel Peña will preside over the delivery of apartments of the Ribera del Cumayasa Residence of the National Housing Plan Familia Feliz on Saturday in the province of La Romana.
El Seibo
The governor’s agenda begins at 10:30 am with the inauguration of the reconstruction of the La Candelaria – Bejucal Magarín highway.
Later, the president will inaugurate a soccer field in this province of El Seibo.
Hato Mayor
In the afternoon, the head of state will travel to the province of Hato Mayor, where he will inaugurate a series of rainwater works including the inauguration of the 600 meters of the Yabón river, the construction of 400 meters of gabions in discontinuous sections, the 2,500 meters of the María Teresa gully and the construction of a double box culvert at the crossing of the Caño Hondo road in Sabana de la Mar.
Continuing with his support and commitment to sports, the governor will simultaneously inaugurate the Paso Cibao playground and the Palmilla playground in Hato Mayor del Rey.
The President’s agenda ends this Sunday with the inauguration of the Economic Canteen of Sabana de la Mar.
The Vice President goes to La Romana on Saturday.
On her side, the vice president, Raquel Peña will be this Saturday at 10:00 a.m. in La Romana, where she will preside over the delivery of apartments of the Ribera del Cumayasa Residence of the National Plan of Happy Family Housing directed by the minister of the Presidency, Joel Santos Echavarría.
