Grupo Puntacana and the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey signed an agreement to provide high quality training to contribute to the integral growth of the employees of the pioneer company in tourism in the Dominican Republic.
The training and education of the company’s more than 2,000 direct employees is part of its global strategy for their growth in the different areas of the Group’s performance, with the goal of providing 40,000 hours of training during the current fiscal year.
The agreement, signed by Arturo Aguilar González of the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey and Karina Guaba, vice president of Human Resources of Grupo Puntacana, establishes that the training will be provided for the company’s School of Leaders.
The agreement will accelerate cultural change and the achievement of Grupo Puntacana’s strategy for the coming years, training the organization’s leaders in cutting-edge topics and organizational competencies.
