As part of the new promotion of Puerto Plata’s lodging centers and its renewed tourist offer, the official presentation was held in Colombia of “The Ocean Club Costa Norte”, a luxury hotel located in Sosúa and part of the Marriott chain.
The presentation of the hotel was attended by Ian Schembri Sant, CEO and owner; Cristina Monción, Vice President of Sales and Marketing; and Melissa Peña, Marriott International’s Director of Public Relations for the Caribbean, in an event held at the Mesa Franca restaurant in Bogota.
The property is part of Marriott’s “The Luxury Collection” brand and is designed for travelers looking to discover world destinations with exclusive, luxury service.
Hotel’s private beach
The resort has a private beach with turquoise waters, golden sand and palm trees in a tranquil setting surrounded by nature. In addition, thanks to its proximity to Cabarete, it is possible to kitesurf and windsurf, according to the Colombian press.
