Two new Karisma bets in the Caribbean

The recently opened Margaritaville Island Reserve Cap Cana and Mexico’s first Nickelodeon-branded hotel, Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Riviera Maya, are the company’s newest offerings in the Caribbean.

The award-winning hotel group with luxury establishments in Latin America, the Caribbean and Europe, Karisma Hotels & Resorts, has unveiled its most recent openings in the Dominican Republic and Riviera Maya: Margaritaville Island Reserve Cap Cana and Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Riviera Maya.

Karisma Hotels & Resorts’ two latest openings represent the company’s new foray into the luxury all-inclusive segment.

The recently opened Margaritaville Island Reserve Cap Cana, a resort that defines itself as ‘five-star Gourmet Inclusive’, is located next to one of the best beaches in the Dominican Republic.

Facing the waters of the Caribbean, the establishment is designed to enjoy a vacation with a luxury experience and combines the concept of exclusivity Island Reserve with the world-renowned services of Karisma Hotels & Resorts.

In a privileged setting and one of the most exclusive areas of Punta Cana, the resort offers 228 suites, 40 villas with personalized butler service and, many of them, with a swim-up pool, as well as the spectacular Jimmy Buffet suite, the hotel’s penthouse.

It also has a wide range of gastronomic offerings, which are offered in its 6 restaurants and 3 bars. While at Entertainment Village guests can find a wide range of leisure and entertainment activities, St. Somewhere Spa is the place to relax and disconnect from it all.

Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Riviera Maya is the new destination for families who want to enjoy an experience in the Mexican Caribbean with SpongeBob SquarePants and the rest of the Nickelodeon characters.

It is the first Nickelodeon-branded resort in Mexico, thanks to the union of Karisma Hotels & Resorts and Grupo Lomas, and offers families an All Inclusive where fun and entertainment are guaranteed.

It offers 280 suites, of 54 m2 each and an additional 10 m2 of terrace, with two full bathrooms and a spectacular view of the Caribbean Sea from its balcony and access to an infinity pool. In addition, for a unique experience, the new ‘La Guarida’ suite -located in the resort’s penthouse- pays homage to the Ninja Turtles, while La PiƱa, the resort’s flagship suite, is inspired by SpongeBob SquarePants’ underwater house.

In addition to 24-hour room service, families can enjoy dining at six restaurants and even have the opportunity to share a table with Nickelodeon’s favorite characters.

Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Riviera Maya also offers the possibility of enjoying an adventure-filled experience at the Aqua Nick water park, fully themed and the largest Nickelodeon-themed water park in Mexico and the second with the strongest currents. In its almost three hectares, it has more than 20 slides, as well as a huge activity pool with a full program of entertainment and activities.

With these two openings, Karisma Hotels & Resorts expands its portfolio of luxury hotels in Latin America, the Caribbean and Europe, with brands that include Margaritaville Island Reserve by Karisma; El Dorado Spa Resorts by Karisma; Azul Beach Resorts by Karisma; Generations Resorts by Karisma; Karisma Villas; Hidden Beach Resort by Karisma; Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts; Sensatori Resorts and Karisma Hotels Adriatic.
