Viva Resorts launches program to reward travel agents

Viva Resorts by Wyndham launched the new Viva Pro Rewards program to encourage travel consultants to have the opportunity to earn rewards every time they book a guest at a Viva Resorts property.

The chain’s intention is that travel advisors can start saving their points to stay at the upcoming Viva Miches by Wyndham resort, which will open in the Dominican Republic in December 2024 as the brand’s latest all-inclusive resort.

The Viva Pro Rewards program is available to advisors who register with valid credentials. Once verified, they can enter their reservations on the website, which will calculate the rewards they will receive.

Points can be redeemed at any time for benefits such as cash, Amazon gift cards or all-inclusive stays at any Viva Resort by Wyndham.

“We created the Viva Pro Rewards program to give back to travel agents who have been an integral part of our brand and growth,” said Viva Director of Sales and Marketing Gilda Noboa.

“This program offers them the flexibility to use their rewards when and how they want, which makes it completely different from what other brands offer,” she added.

The program began in May 2024 and is available to travel advisors located in the U.S., Chile, Colombia, Peru and Puerto Rico, with plans to expand the rewards program to other countries.
