The young Dominican Arielis Ortiz Cuevas, 27 years old, native of Hato Mayor del Rey, graduated as Doctor of Medicine with the highest honors from the Ross University School of Medicine, in Florida, United States.
The graduation was celebrated at the Watsco Center in Miami, where the young professional was accompanied by her parents, grandfather and aunts.

Ortiz Cuevas attended primary school at the Bernardo Pichardo School, where she was a meritorious student since first grade.
After completing elementary school, she started high school at the Dominican Baptist School, where she graduated with honors.
After completing this phase, her parents took her to live in Florida, where she continued to demonstrate what an excellent student she was, graduating as a doctor with the highest honors.
According to the young woman from Hatomayor, she has received dozens of interview requests from the best hospitals in that country, asking her to do her specialty in Internal Medicine because of her good record.
However, the Quisqueyana confessed to the newspaper Viphatomayor that she will start on July 1st a specialty in Internal Medicine at Kendall Hospital in Miami, Florida.

“Someday if God allows me, I would like to go to work in community work and medical operations in my beloved Hato Mayor,” said Arielis.
