The Latin Social Media Week organized by Neoyorquinos Media Group, an organization presided by Nolagko Nolasco, editor of neyorquinos.com, will premiere the first Latin Social Media Awards to recognize the most influential Latinas on social media, on Thursday October 14 and Friday October 15 with the participation of radio broadcaster Santiago Matias (Alofoke Music), DJ Adoni, Amara La Negra and other social media celebrities.
Nolasco informed that the event will be held at the Cockpit Building located at 15 West 139th Street between Fifth and Sixth Avenues in Manhattan starting at 4:00 pm on Thursday and 5:00 on Friday.
The director of the event, Nolagko, announced that this year’s innovation is the creation of the first Latin Social Media Awards and the participation of celebrities from film and television.
“In a face-to-face manner, the Latin Social Media Week will present a group of panels aimed at people interested in the world of social networks, marketers, publicists, photographers and social communication professionals,” explained Nolagko.
He noted that he has the support of the Hispanic Federation, Somos Community Care Medical Group, Tailwind Air, Spectrum, MG 54 Restaurant, Dominican Consulate in New York, SG Events, Cesarina Benitez Real State and Councilman Ydanis Rodriguez.

He highlighted the participation as speakers of Santiago Matías (Alofoke), Lina Cruz from Los Yankees de Nueva York, Amara La Negra, Rafael Bello from channel 41 and radio celebrity, Charles Milander, digital marketing, DJ Adoni, Gabriela Salas, Tailwind Airlines, Marciano Tech, the Youtuber; Fernando Cardenas of NY1 News, Liliana Carrillo, Empresarias 100K, Daniel Sarcos, TV and social media celebrity, broadcaster Brea Frank, radio and TV star and photographers Fernando Santos and Manuel Sierra among others.
Brean Frank and political consultant George Alvarez of Apple Political will be among the panelists. Television host Susana Hernandez will be the master of ceremonies on the second day of the event.
LSMW presenters and moderators will be communicators Susana Hernandez, Harold Diaz, Deyanira Martinez and Andrea Navarro, and Latin Social Media Awards presenters will be influencers Mr. Nuevayol and Isveny Pichardo.
As in previous years, the production will be in charge of journalist Liany Ferreras of neoyorquinos.com.
LSMW 2021 will have a networking event, five panels and the first Latin Social Media Awards, in which more than ten influencers, marketers and a special recognition to an influencer for his career and support to young people working in social networks will be awarded.
Attendees will be raffled 4 Tailwind Airlines flights in one of the aircraft that dive daily in the Hudson River.
