The seventh Edition of the Dominican Gastronomic Forum: Safeguarding the Heritage of Dominican Flavor, organized by the Sabores Dominicanos Foundation, will be held online through the portal saboresdominicanos.org.do. The forum is part of the activities of the international event in Italy, “Terra Madre Salone del Gusto 2020: Our food, our planet, our future”. Conferences: diet and the balance of the ecosystem, safeguarding traditional dishes and food with less environmental impact. Panels: the ark of Dominican flavor, Dominican flavors in cocktails and artisans of Dominican cuisine. The forum offers an inclusive, training, research and analysis space, with an active integration of chefs, restaurant representatives, gastronomy experts, sector authorities, journalists, academics, students and teachers from the hospitality, tourism and gastronomy areas of the main schools in the country.
