AENOR Dominicana reported that with presence in 90 countries and with 12 years in the country, it has bet on the transformation of organizations through the training of its employees and accreditation of international standards in its different processes, impacting already more than 120 organizations in the public, private and non-profit sectors in the areas of quality, environment, food safety, information security, occupational health and safety and protocols against COVID-19, among others.
Ariel Espejo Combes, country director of AENOR Dominicana, indicated that in 2021 alone, the company, in addition to the certification services it offers, has already provided 24 training activities, totaling 424 hours of training and reaching 278 professionals, who have been trained in Quality Management Systems, Information Security, Compliance, Anti-bribery and Food Safety.

Among the more than 120 organizations certified by Aenor in the Dominican Republic are Peravia Industrial (La Famosa), Airport Team Solutions, Aeropuertos Dominicanos Siglo XXI (AERODOM), Cementos Santo Domingo, Consorcio Energético Punta Cana-Macao (CEPM), among others, betting on their competitiveness and with it, the promotion of the welfare of society with more and more organizations genuinely interested in being better every day.
Espejo Combes also stated that AENOR has made alliances with GreEnergy Dominicana for environmental sustainability issues, the Dominican Accreditation Organization (ODAC), for collaboration in accreditation matters in the country, as well as with INTEGRA SRL, together with which it promotes our Healthy Company Model.
It also informed that in September, it will promote its Expert Program in Food Quality and Safety; International Expert Program in Greenhouse Gases.
