During the IV National Awards for Dominican Gastronomy, chef Alberto Martin won the award for Gastronomic Excellence in the category of Best Head Chef in the Hospitality Industry. The award was given by the National Association of Gastronomy and Hospitality (AGH), for his hard work last year at Club Hemingway.
During the award ceremony, recognition was given to the excellence and trajectory of professionals, companies and institutions that have made great contributions to gastronomy for the development of the country and have visualized it as a destination for the period 2020-2021.
Martin expressed that it is a real privilege and merit to receive the AGH award for the fourth time, which is currently coordinated by Marcelle Álvarez. The award motivates him to give his best every time he enters the kitchen.
