Vitae Dominicana, a home hospitalization services company, was formally presented in the country by specialists and health professionals 100% trained, the exhibition was held during the meeting at the facilities of La Bodega.
Vitae Dominicana represents a service alternative to traditional hospitalization, it is aimed at patients and families with private insurance and individuals, offering services at home with high health standards, quality and safety protocols, from the comfort of the patient’s home.
“We have a robust base of qualified nurses and a technological infrastructure that includes applications for patients, doctors and nurses, in order to carry all the traceability of the home service in a single digital ecosystem, said Pamela Alvarez, commercial manager.
The services they will provide will be : Vitae Care, which offers 24/7 hospital care and attention of the highest level by trained nurses; Vitae Assist, with care and health control for older adults; Vitae Special Care for end-of-life or palliative care; Vitae Check, treatment and care of patients with chronic diseases, and Vitae Covid for care of Covid patients with IV medication supplies, oxygen concentrators and permanent monitoring, trained nurses.
It receives every day the incidences of Dominicans in the big leagues.
This initiative arose four years ago in Panama in response to a pressing need to attend patients in their homes with the highest level of hospital care. It also has a presence in El Salvador and now adds the Dominican Republic to its expansion.
