As part of the celebration of its 22nd anniversary, the National Health Insurance (SeNaSa) entered into 25 new alliances with the aim of continuing to strengthen the physical, mental and social health of its members in its different regimes and plans.
Dr. Santiago Hazim, executive director of ARSSeNaSa, explained that the telecommunications company VIVA, within the framework of the agreement signed, extended in this second stage, the offers to the 5.7 million affiliates in the Subsidized Regime to facilitate access to special Internet offers and mobile telephone plans.
He described that in order to access these and other types of discounts in the categories of education, healthy living, services and recreation, the affiliates only have to present their health card in the different establishments with which the health risk administrator has alliances.
Hazim emphasized that with these new agreements there are already more than 60 companies with which different agreements have been made, with the fundamental objective of continuing to benefit the 7.5 million SeNaSA members.
The executive president of VIVA, Marco Herrera Beato, emphasized that the telecommunications company remains committed to its promise to bring fair and quality connection to the entire national territory.
“This commitment is reflected in its integration to the SeNaSa Benefits Club, an initiative that arises from the strong alignment of shared values between both institutions, such as commitment, empathy and simplicity. In addition, this collaboration represents a valuable opportunity to generate mutual benefits through the creation of innovative offers that will positively impact Dominicans,” said Herrera Beato.
He added that at this stage, members of the Subsidized Regime can enjoy exclusive benefits in the MIFI Hogar Internet plans and the Infinito Viva Mobile Plans.
Similarly, Emil Alberto Pappaterra Almonte, executive director of Grupo Alterra for the Supermix and Ferremix projects, said that this type of agreement adds value to its consumers, which is a priority, as are the affiliates for SeNaSA.
He described that the fact of reaching every Dominican to be able to offer them benefits and offers, besides becoming a solution through the hardware and supermarket area, is of utmost importance.
He said that SeNaSa’s values are in line with those of Grupo Alterra because they share a “firm commitment to look after our customers, offering quality products and excellent service”.
Likewise, José Vicente Melo, marketing manager of Coral Hospitality Corp, expressed that for them it is a great pleasure to collaborate with an institution like SeNaSa, because they share values such as humane treatment and integrity and because they have more than 20 years caring for the health of Dominicans.
“Just like SeNaSa, our company strives every day to provide a quality service for each of our employees, customers and guests, with transparency and integrity as engines that drive us to be better every time. Our commitment is to provide a quality experience to each of the people who visit us and, in turn, to contribute a grain of sand to the wonderful SeNaSa Benefits Club,” she said.
Also, Odile Media Sanabia, sales manager of Scape Park said that SeNaSa believes, as they do, in inclusion, commitment and the creation of spaces where everyone can enjoy and participate, which is what motivated them to be part of the SeNaSa Benefits Club.
“We will continue to work tirelessly to increase our facilities and services, always listening to the needs and desires of our visitors. Together, we will build a future full of opportunities and unforgettable moments for each of our mutual customers,” said Medina Sanabia.
