Dominican Republic exhibits products at multisectorial trade fair in Panama

The Export and Investment Center of the Dominican Republic (ProDominicana) organized the participation of the exportable supply in the 38th edition of Expocomer, in Panama, where it works to identify business opportunities in sectors such as food and beverages, technology, textiles, accessories and industry, among others, with a large number of international buyers.

According to a press release, the fair brings together more than 600 companies from around 30 countries from Asia, Europe and the Americas. “Dominican participation in Expocomer 2022 responds to the actions to promote exports of goods and services of the country that we promote under the new strategic approach. This is one of the most relevant events in the region in terms of commercial exchange, and our chances of closing deals are quite high,” said Biviana Riveiro, executive director of ProDominicana.

She pointed out that the companies participating in Expocomer have great opportunities when doing business with the Dominican Republic. “It should be noted that the country has six trade agreements, which allows it to have the potential to reach more than 1.1 billion consumers,” she said.

Likewise, Dominican exporters present at the event, participate in forums, business rounds and establish relationships with potential buyers from three continents. The fair began on March 23 and concludes tomorrow.

Cerveza Canita, Camila Casual, Ron Siboney, ServiCielos, Camilo Labs, Deya by Dewi Peña, Maka Capilar Health, Only Water, Mabell Damión Store, Jonhson S.A.S. and Fruit Ganic, as well as Banco de Reservas as official sponsor, will be present at the event.
