The Crowne Plaza Santo Domingo Hotel received the Qualitur seal certificate, which accredits it as a “quality tourism service provider”.
This seal was issued by the Ministry of Tourism (Mitur), and identifies tourism companies that meet the basic requirements of excellence, ensuring the professionalism, credibility and trust required by customers who consume the products.
The Q certification was received by Pierre Nahas, owner of the Crowne Plaza hotel, and the general manager, Carmen Ortiz, from the hands of the Minister of Tourism, David Collado, and the Deputy Minister of Quality of Tourism Services of Mitur, Roberto Henríquez.
Ortiz said that “receiving this seal commits us to ensure a process of continuous improvement, where procedures are applied stealthily to enable us to exceed the expectations of our guests, under an increasingly humane, efficient and warm approach”.
