Bahia Principe reopens five more hotels in the Dominican Republic and Mexico

The Bahia Principe Hotels & Resorts chain has revealed plans to reopen five hotels in the Dominican Republic and one in Mexico between November 1 and December 15, 2021. With the six reopenings, the company will have 16 properties already in operation in the Caribbean and Mexico.

Four properties are scheduled to reopen on November 1, including Bahia Principe Luxury Bouganville in La Romana, Bahia Principe Grand Bavaro in Punta Cana, and Bahia Principe Luxury Samana and Bahia Principe Luxury Sian Ka’an Bahia in Riviera Maya, Mexico. On November 15, Bahia Principe Grand Aquamarine in Punta Cana should start welcoming guests again, and on December 15, it is the turn of Bahia Principe Grand La Romana

Through October 17, travelers are still taking advantage of the “Countdown to Happiness” campaign, which offers discounts of up to 60 percent, free stays for one child at select hotels, and $1,630 in credits for travel through October 31, 2022. “We are proud to be able to reopen six properties in the Caribbean and Mexico before the end of the year,” said Antonio Teijeiro, Chief Operating Officer of Bahia Principe Hotels & Resorts.
