Holiday Inn Santo Domingo announced that it has successfully complied with the requirements to obtain the Qualitur certification, a distinction granted by the Ministry of Tourism (Mitur).
This accreditation reaffirms once again the hotel’s commitment to credibility, distinction and reliability in the tourism sector.
The seal was presented by the Vice Minister of Quality of Tourism Services, Roberto Henríquez, during the recent meeting of the Board of Directors of Santo Domingo Hotels, organized by the association that groups them.
Qualitur is a certification system to guarantee and promote quality in tourism services. To obtain this accreditation, properties must meet rigorous criteria in areas such as sustainability, quality management and customer satisfaction.
