Trademark Collection by Wyndham to land in the Dominican Republic in 2024

Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, more specifically its Trademark Collection brand, has announced a new project in the Dominican Republic. The company plans to open a new hotel in Santo Domingo in 2024: the City Hub Trademark Collection.

This will be the first Trademark Collection brand hotel in the Dominican Republic, although it will be Wyndham Hotels’ seventh. The new establishment will have 82 rooms distributed in a 10-story tower -8 for rooms and another 2 for different common areas-. The project represents an investment of more than US$18 million in the Dominican capital.

It is a hotel especially designed for business travel, as it has an entire floor reserved for coworking spaces, as well as extensive meeting rooms for events and 105 parking spaces. The accommodation will also have a swimming pool and different restaurants for relaxing moments.

“The City Hub Trademark Collection will attract business travelers, interested in quality service, distinctive experiences and the individuality of the property they have chosen,” Oswaldo Carrillo, president of the developer Inmonbilairis, told El Caribe newspaper.
