Representatives of Gesproin Group organized a cocktail party to announce the construction of the second stage of the Marina Garden complex, a real estate initiative that places Cap Cana at the point of greatest investment in construction and tourism in the Dominican Republic.
Built on a 9,495 square meter site, the development will be in the Marina South of the Destination City, where it will feature four buildings totaling 84 ocean view apartments.
“We expect to complete construction by the summer of 2024. Gesproin is a brand that bets on Cap Cana, we are building a lifestyle, where luxury and comfort meet the sea,” said Javier Donoso CEO of the brand.
