Cisneros seals alliance to market Four Seasons residences

Cisneros Real Estate formalized a strategic alliance with Sotheby’s International Realty to exclusively market the 25 beachfront residences that make up the sustainable luxury resort, Four Seasons Dominican Republic at Tropicalia located in Miches, El Seibo.

Through the agreement, the multinational real estate firm will bring the expertise of Dominican Republic Sotheby’s International Realty, ONE Sotheby’s International Realty of Miami, and Development Advisors of Sotheby’s International Realty of New York.

Each of the aforementioned Sotheby’s firms will incorporate their specialized and unparalleled market knowledge to position these extraordinary properties, designed by renowned tropical modernist architect Isay Weinfeld, located in Tropicalia, a pristine property of natural beauty that stretches along the southern shores of Samana Bay, owned by Cisneros Real Estate, the development arm of Cisneros, a privately held global company with a 90-year legacy.

The project has begun construction, under the supervision of Bouygues, an international leader in sustainable construction. In its work, the company implements innovative and efficient design techniques, with the goal of reducing carbon emissions and promoting a more sustainable environment.

As such, Adriana Cisneros, CEO of Cisneros, has opted for an environmentally and socially responsible approach to developing her family’s part of the private property in order to protect the diverse ecosystems and boost the local community. Here, discerning buyers from around the world have the opportunity to access a life of sustainable luxury in the new tourist destination being promoted by the Dominican Republic.

It’s something they also identify with at Sotheby’s International Realty. “We are thrilled to introduce Four Seasons Dominican Republic at Tropicalia to the international market. This jewel redefines luxury with its fusion of art and sustainability in a pristine natural setting. Tropicalia sets a new standard in luxury living, combining elegance and beauty in a haven of unparalleled refinement,” said Jorge Uribe of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty.

Sergio Llach, president of Dominican Republic Sotheby’s International Realty, noted that “the country’s strategic location, world-class communications infrastructure and connectivity to more than 90 global airports offer a unique opportunity to invest in a secure destination, especially with such prestigious partners as Four Seasons and Cisneros”.

William Phelan, president of Tropicalia, expressed his enthusiasm for the collaboration: “Sotheby’s International Realty’s local market knowledge and global reach will be critical to the success of this project.

Set to open in 2026, Four Seasons Tropicalia’s facilities will include 95 rooms and suites, in addition to 25 luxury 3- and 4-bedroom residences, all within walking distance of the beach.
