Caribbean Queens to defend Cup crown; go to Nations League and World Championship

The Queens of the Caribbean will have this year major international competitions where they will defend their crown at the Panam Cup in Mexico and will compete in the League of Nations and the Senior World Championship in Poland.

The information was announced by the president of the Women’s National Teams Project, Cristóbal Marte Hoffiz, in a press release.

He indicated that the Dominicans will play in the Nations League to be held from May 31 to June 31. While the U-20 Women’s Pan American Cup will be held from June 5 in Mexico.

The U-18 Women’s Pan American Cup will be staged in the United States starting July 16 of this year.

Starting August 19, 2022, the Senior Women’s Volleyball Pan American Cup will be held in Mexico, where the Dominicans will go to try to retain the crown achieved undefeated in 2021.

In September, the Norceca Cup Final will be held in the Dominican Republic.

And the Queens of the Caribbean will close their participation in the month of September 23 to October 15 of this year in the World Volleyball Championship to be held in Poland and Holland.

At present, more than a dozen athletes of the National Senior Volleyball Team are currently reinforcing in the different Professional Leagues in different continents.
