Marileidy Paulino’s race to be broadcasted on a giant screen

The Ministry of Sports and the Mayor’s Office of the National District will place, through the giant screen systems of the company Signmaster, the race for the gold of Marileidy Paulino in the 400 meters of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.

The race can be seen this Friday at 2:00 in the afternoon, simultaneously, on all Signmaster screens installed in the main avenues of the provinces of Santo Domingo, Santiago, Punta Cana and the National District.

In addition, the giant screens of the Juan Pablo Duarte Olympic Center and the Juan Carlos Bridge will be used.

While the staff of the Ministry of Sports and Recreation will be enjoying a front row seat at the Dominican Sports Hall of Fame of this final race of the world champion and Olympic medalist, Marileidy Paulino, to celebrate her long awaited triumph.

Minister Francisco Camacho urged the other mayors throughout the country to emulate the gesture of Mayor Carolina Mejia and place giant screens in the parks of their respective demarcations, so that everyone can see in large the historic participation of the outstanding Dominican athlete in the final of the 400 meters in the Olympic Games of Paris 2024.

“Marileidy is a trump card that the Dominican Republic has and we will offer this race to our citizens, projected on most of the digital screens of the great avenues of our city,” said Camacho.

He recalled that in the remainder of the games, a total of five athletes will be in their respective disciplines seeking to place the country at the top.
