The girls of the national U-15 women’s soccer team were received in style after winning second place in the Concacaf League B Championship.
This team qualified for the Concacaf U-15 A League and was coached by Betzaida Ubrí, who is also the technical director of the team that will represent the country at the FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup.
The Dominican Republic finished second in League B of the CONCACAF U-15 Women’s Championship 2024. After falling one goal to zero against Honduras in the final corresponding to this category.
The match was held this Sunday, August 11 at the Hasely Crawford Stadium in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago.

Formation of the coaching staff

The U-17 Women’s Soccer Cup will be taking place in the Dominican Republic from October 16 to November 3 this year.
It will be the first time it is held in the Dominican Republic and the second time it is played in the Caribbean area. After Trinidad and Tobago 2010. Sixteen U-17 national teams will participate.
