The Instituto de Estabilización de Precios (Inespre) obtained a score of 100 points for three consecutive months in the evaluation of its Transparency Portal carried out by the Dirección General de Ética e Integridad Gubernamental (Digeig) on a monthly basis.
The Digeig supervised the updating, quantity and quality of the information available on the Transparency Portal on Inespre’s website such as budget management, human resources, procurement and contracting, projects and programs, finances, open data and Public Ethics Commission.
According to the press release, the legal basis of the institution, legal framework of the transparency system, organizational structure of the institution, regulations, Office of Free Access to Information, Institutional Strategic Plan, official publications, institutional statistics, service to the public, access link and registration to the 311 portal on complaints, claims, suggestions and denunciations, sworn statements of assets, among others, were also verified.
The General Directorate of Ethics evaluates every month the performance in terms of government transparency of all public institutions, with the purpose of supervising the levels of transparency, public expenditure and the proper functioning of the services they offer.
The last evaluations submitted by said entity correspond to January, February and March 2021.
Evaluation in Procurement and Contracting
Inespre also obtained 99.48 points in the Use of the National Public Contracting System, which is evaluated and published quarterly by the General Directorate of Public Procurement and Contracting.
The institution obtained 15 points in procurement planning, 15 in publication of processes, 20 in process management, 29.48 in contract administration and 20 in purchases from MSMEs, individuals and women.
