The Dominican Republic airline plans to fly to 20 destinations in 12 countries in its first three months of operations.
Arajet Airlines announced international flights from Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, to Quito and Guayaquil, Ecuador.
The operation will begin on September 15, 2022.
The airline will also start with trips from Santo Domingo to other destinations in Latin America, including Mexico City, Monterrey and Cancun, in Mexico.
These cities will be joined by:
- Barranquilla, Cali and Cartagena, in Colombia.
- Lima, in Peru.
- Guatemala City, Guatemala.
- San Salvador, in El Salvador.
- Sint Maarten, Aruba and CuraƧao in the Caribbean.
And, starting in October, the airline will operate to Toronto and Montreal, in Canada; Medellin and Bogota, in Colombia; San Jose, in Costa Rica; and Kingston, in Jamaica.
In total, it will fly to 20 destinations in 12 countries in its first three months of operations.
“We will start operations with prices ranging from USD 55 to USD 100 per ticket. And USD 149 for the round-trip option, including taxes,” says Alvaro de Oleo, Arajet’s Vice President of Marketing.
