A tropical wave will be passing through the Dominican territory today, currently located over the Mona Channel, but it will not have much impact, since its greatest cloud activity will be over the Caribbean Sea, however, the effects of the east/southeast wind and the diurnal cycle will cause scattered showers with possible thunderstorms and occasional wind gusts in the afternoon over the northeastern and southeastern regions, the Central Cordillera and some points of the border area.
Tomorrow Sunday, during the morning we will observe a stable meteorological panorama with many hours of sunshine and scattered clouds, however, in the afternoon we will have some cloud increases that will cause scattered showers with possible thunderstorms in isolated points of the northeast, southeast and the Central Cordillera, due to local effects and wind from the east/southeast.
