Buchanan´s Two Souls presented in the DR

Buchanan’s Two Souls is a fusion of Scotch whisky finished in Don Julio Tequila barrels.

Buchanan’s, the renowned Scotch whisky brand, launched its latest creation: Buchanan’s Two Souls, the world’s first whisky finished in Don Julio Tequila barrels. A perfect combination of tradition and innovation.

Buchanan’s Two Souls offers a new and unexpected experience in the world of whiskey, the result of a collaboration between Master Blender Craig Wallace and master tequila maker Enrique de Colsa, which uniquely fuses the expertise and sophistication of Buchanan’s with the vibrant character of tequila, resulting in a smooth, sweet whiskey, but with a smoky and spicy finish, enhanced by the fresh herbal and citrus notes of Tequila Don Julio.

This one-of-a-kind union of two greats delivers an explosion of flavors, combining notes of toasted caramel with a hint of salt, fresh citrus nuances from lime and grapefruit, and a refreshing, herbal finish resulting from its rest in tequila barrels.

“Tonight is a showcase of the union of two great traditions: the sophistication and expertise of Buchanan’s fused with the vibrant and passionate spirit of Tequila Don Julio. This whiskey is a challenge to convention and proof that innovation can bring exceptional creations to life.”

Diageo Market Manager

As part of this experience of greatness, the winners of Buchanan’s Studio were the protagonists of a display of music and talent at this launch event. In addition, renowned DJs Gianmarco D’Alessandro and Omar Dubeau were on hand to entertain.

The presentation of Buchanan’s Two Souls is in tune with its exceptional content. The bottle’s iconic design, inspired by timeless elegance, perfectly matches the richness and sophistication of its contents.

The Buchanan’s Two Souls launch event was held on Wednesday, June 7 at the Amazonia Club.
