CORAAPPLATA welcomes first hotel investment in Punta Bergantín

The Puerto Plata Aqueduct and Sewer Corporation (CORAAPPLATA), through its general director, Oliver Nazario Brugal, reiterated its support for the innovative Punta Bergantín project.

“With great commitment, we salute the progress and investments of the Punta Bergantín project, which will begin the construction of hotels here in Puerto Plata in the first half of 2024,” he said.

He said that the project is of utmost importance to continue with the tourism development of Puerto Plata, which will continue to consolidate as one of the main destinations in the Caribbean area.

These hotels, which are already in the design phase, will be developed at a cost of more than US$180 million by the Martinón Group, a Spanish family business specializing in tourism investments.
