Travel agents and tour operators who were present at the Roadshow, organized by the Ministry of Tourism in different cities of the United States, as part of the strategy of recovery and positioning of tourism in the Dominican Republic, were pleasantly surprised.
This Tuesday and with the presence of David Collado in the city of Boston, the former Dominican Major League Baseball player, David Ortiz, without prior notice, wanted to support this activity that was attended by more than 200 representatives of the tourism sector.
Upon seeing this baseball idol take the stage, those present showed great emotion.
The United States is the first country of origin of tourists to the Dominican Republic, being Boston one of the 10 cities that sends more tourists per year to our country.
