Photos- Frank Elías Rainieri checks progress of Zemi Hotels in Miches

Frank Elías Rainieri, CEO of Grupo Puntacana, revealed the progress of the Zemi Miches All-Inclusive Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton in Miches.

The 502-room property, after the executive published photographs through his social networks, is visibly advanced.

“I went with my father, teacher and example of life Don Frank Rainieri, who always brings good ideas to do well. Don Aníbal de Castro and Cristian Medina were also with us to see the progress of Zemi Hotels,” he said.

The all-inclusive, super-luxury, low-density lodging establishment is being built in an area of more than 500,000 square meters and has an area of 800 meters of beach; 380 of the rooms will have ocean views, and all the rooms on the second floor will have a swimming pool.

Zemí Hotels is being built in Playa Esmeralda Miches and will generate more than 900 jobs in the municipality.

Hilton Hotels & Resorts will manage the first property, which is scheduled to open in 2024 and has an investment of over US$181 million, with Banco de Reservas participating in the financing.

The hotel will be Hilton’s tenth all-inclusive property in the Caribbean and Latin America, as the company also plans to nearly triple its portfolio in the Dominican Republic over the next five years.
