From August 10 to 13, Corferias will host the 17th edition of the Gran Salón Inmobiliario, the largest real estate fair platform in Colombia that promotes buying and selling, renting and other cross-cutting services. During the event, visitors will find a wide offer with everything they need to decide to invest in a home, office, commercial space or other project inside or outside the country, with the peace of mind to take the big step.
Andrés Martínez Umaña, executive president of the Lonja de Bogotá, as organizer of GSI, highlights that crucial topics for the sector will be addressed: “we develop an environment where investment and the purchase of properties in the region and the country is strengthened through a nourished academic offer and a commercial sample with a value for the public with a broad interest in the acquisition of real estate, real estate, among others.”
“We have designed an edition for the public to find the right property and take advantage of the opportunities that the real estate market offers. It is important to highlight that, for this year Dominican Republic will be our guest country,” points out the project manager for Corferias, Lilian Conde.
