To continue honoring its business vocation and a history of more than 67 years, Mera Fondeur presented the Torres Jardines del Parque real estate project, which will be located in the Jardines Metropolitanos sector, the first planned urbanization in the Dominican Republic developed by this corporate group.
The residential design of “Torres Jardines del Parque” contemplates 122 housing units, distributed in three towers of 8 to 11 levels, informed the executive vice president, Alejandro Fondeur Mera.

Torres Jardines del Parque is part of the Closed Investment Fund for Housing Development in the Dominican Republic I, which is managed by AFI Universal.
Dolores Pozo Perelló, president of the Board of Directors of AFI Universal, emphasized that through this Fund they show their commitment to continue betting on the development of the nation. “It is the first financial instrument conceived to participate in housing development projects in our country, as we know that having a house of one’s own, in decent conditions, is the dream of thousands of Dominicans,” she said.
He informed that, to date, the Fund has placed RD$1,900 million in 8 projects located in the National District, Santiago, Samaná, La Altagracia, Santo Domingo and San Pedro de Macorís, representing more than six thousand housing units, of which 4 thousand are low-cost.

Ricardo Fondeur, president of the Board of Directors of Grupo Mera Fondeur, remarked the firm’s commitment to offer society housing solutions with a sense of the future to contribute to the quality of life of the purchasing families.
