Cap Cana: 7 Mares, the tallest tower in the east, opens

The President of the Dominican Republic, Luis Abinader, and the Minister of Tourism, David Collado, led the inauguration ceremony of the 7 Mares tourist apartment tower in Cap Cana.

7 Mares represents an important milestone for the tourist area of Cap Cana, Punta Cana, Bávaro and other surrounding areas as it is the first tower of several in development.

The work, consisting of 15 levels and 64 luxury apartments, was in charge of the firm Logroval, who also participate as partners in the promotion, along with other international investors and its main leader Mariano Sanz.

Sanz thanked his partners, Cap Cana, the Hazoury family, the owners of the tower, and all those who directly and indirectly contributed to the realization of this important project.

He emphasized that close to 9 different nationalities of the world are clients of 7 Mares, thus reaffirming the importance of real estate tourism today.

For his part, the president of the Board of Directors of Cap Cana, Fernando Hazoury, thanked the developers and co-developers who have chosen Cap Cana for their investments, contributing to its growth.

He said that since its inception they have had important allies of national and international companies of the first order that have added prestige and positioning to the country, so he assured that his team will continue to do what is necessary to protect and enhance the investment, heritage and work of all within the destination city.

Hazoury concluded that “we have no doubt that when the last step is implemented, the professionalism, capacity, experience and independence of criteria will result in great benefits. Obviously we are at the beginning, and we have no doubt that it will be the crowning of the effort made to guarantee to all of us who make up this great destination city its positive continuity, through an excellent management for the coming decades”.

President Abinader congratulated the business group for this project, “the best is yet to come in Cap Cana and the tourism sector and the Government will continue to support this development and it is the only way to continue advancing in the country”.

This project is the first 16-story tower to be built in the eastern part of the country. This tower has been conceived with an evident commitment to sustainability, since its design and engineering have many elements that were conceived to reduce its impact on the environment.

7 Mares follows the most rigorous technical standards, and the most advanced design parameters with a focus on sustainability, such as thermal insulation that guarantees long-term energy efficiency and reduces environmental impact.

Its design maximizes green space, and has 65 housing units distributed in 12 levels with cozy apartments, exclusive penthouses of 1,100 square meters that provide comfort, luxury and spectacular views.
