Blue Del Mare SRL and Grupo De Valle announced the start of operations of Wyndham Blue Del Mare at Cap Cana, Dominican Republic, which includes the construction of 282 residences, with an investment of US$200 million.
The announcement was made during Fitur 2024 by Edward de Valle, president of Grupo De Valle and engineer Joan González, developer of the project, who also represents Wyndham Hotels and Resort.
De Valle highlighted the importance for Dominican tourism of the incorporation of the Wyndham Blue Del Mare at Cap Cana project into the Wyndham family.
He recalled that Wyndham Hotels and Resorts is the largest hotel franchise company in the world and consists of more than 9,000 hotels with 24 brands in 95 countries.
In view of the proposal, De Valle said that the project represents a unique opportunity for people to own a luxury Hotel Residences project of American brand, in the Cap Cana and Punta Cana area.
The businessman said that another advantage is that Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and the operating company that will manage the hotel (Operadora Hotelera Dominicana SRL), will provide exceptional profitability and a sure revaluation of the property.
Meanwhile, the Minister of Tourism, David Collado, valued the impact of this new project in Cap Cana and its contribution to the development of tourism.
The two-bedroom apartments, located in Cap Cana, will offer services and amenities of a 5-star hotel, will be within walking distance of Juanillo beach and in front of the Las Iguanas golf course.
The 292 luxury residences that make up the Wyndham Blue Del Mare at Cap Cana project have been carefully designed under the strict standards of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.
Each residence is fully furnished, with two bedrooms and offers breathtaking views of the golf course and Caribbean Sea.
In addition, they will provide a seamless indoor/outdoor living experience, with high-end finishes, state-of-the-art appliances and private parking.
Wyndham Blue Del Mare at Cap Cana will feature two restaurants, coffee shops, coworking spaces, lobby lounge and several poolside snack/bars.
It will also have multiple pool areas, an exclusive spa, a fitness center, sports facilities, a children’s club and a recreation center.
The hotel also includes a large event and convention hall and a rooftop lounge/bar with spectacular views.
With this addition, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts joins other prestigious hotel chains already operating in Cap Cana, such as Hyatt, St. Regis, among others.
