Minister of Tourism invites tourists to continue visiting the country with “complete peace of mind”, after the passage of Hurricane Beryl
“Our tourist destinations and airports are operating normally in the Dominican Republic.”

Tourism Minister David Collado reported Wednesday that tourist destinations, as well as airports, are operating normally despite the effects of Hurricane Beryl on Tuesday.

“Our tourist destinations and airports are operating with total normality in the Dominican Republic,” said through his x account, David Collado, minister of tourism.

Collado reported that he held a meeting this Wednesday with representatives of the Association of Hotels and Tourism of the Dominican Republic (ASONAHORES).

“We have just finished a meeting with representatives of hotels and restaurants, who informed us that all their operations are working without major inconveniences.”

Having confirmed normal operations in tourist destinations, as well as airports, Minister David Collado invited “all people who have planned to travel in the next few days, they can come with complete peace of mind.”
