The five ships that arrived this day are the Carnival Celebration with 6,275 passengers and 1,763 crew members, Carnival Vista with 4,738 passengers and 1,417 crew members, the Amber Cove and Grandeur of the Seas with 2,300 passengers and 771 crew members, the Norweagian Encore with 4,903 passengers and 1,631 crew members, and the Scarlett Lady with 2347 passengers and 1168 crew members, in Taino Bay.

He also emphasized that the arrival of this number of visitors and cruise ships to Puerto Plata is the direct result of the confidence and commitment of President Luis Abinader and the Minister of Tourism, David Collado.
