Marella Cruises chooses La Romana as its new home port

The Minister of Tourism, David Collado, informed that Marella Cruises chose the Dominican Republic to make home port in La Romana, offering weekly visits during the winter season and generating the arrival of 4 flights from England every time the Explorer 2 arrives in Dominican ports.

“One more step towards our vision of being the number one destination for cruise tourists, thanks to the committed work of the Ministry of Tourism Dominican Republic (Mitur) in this fair where, with dynamism, culture and the warmth of our people we take the best of our country to the world,” he added through his social networks.

“Let’s go for more tourism for the country and its people,” Collado emphasized.
