The province of Pedernales will receive its first tourist cruise ship on December 18 with five thousand cruise passengers and the authorities are already making preparations to attend the cruise passengers.
For this reason, the Vice Minister of Tourism, Carlos Andrés Peguero, together with other personalities of the institution, met with the living forces of Pedernales, where they explained what is being done to receive the visitors from other countries.
In addition to explaining what will be done on the day of the reception of the cruisers, they revealed that two days before, the town will be celebrating.
On her side, the representative of the Executive Power, Altagracia Brea de González, visibly moved, spoke on behalf of the population of the dream come true.
At the meeting held at the Provincial Government of Pedernales, it was also revealed that a cruise ship will be arriving at the port of Cabo Rojo every 15 days until April 2024.
